Your planner data

One Week Planner stores your display name, email address, password hash, preferences, tasks, categories, and weekly goals in the database operated by the host of this installation. Your password is never stored in plain text. Hosting administrators may have access to stored data as part of operating and maintaining the service.

Why data is stored

Account information is used to authenticate you and keep your planner separate from other accounts. Tasks and goals are stored so you can return to your plans across sessions. Dates, time zone, and theme preferences personalize your experience.

Cookies and logs

A necessary HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. The application does not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Hashed rate-limit identifiers are stored temporarily to limit abuse. The hosting provider may keep access and security logs under its own retention policy.

Retention and deletion

Your active data is retained until you delete it or your account. Account deletion removes the account and its associated tasks, categories, goals, and sessions from the active database. Backup copies may persist until the operator’s backup retention period expires.

Requests and contact

For a copy of your data, account recovery, privacy questions, or information about the operator’s location and backup retention, contact the operator through the contact information published by the website hosting this installation.
